Orders

Do you have a physical store? Can I check the products physically?


For safety precautions, we do not have a physical store for trying out clothes. You may, however, opt to pick up your orders from the Noon operations hub nearest to you (after online payment).




How do I place my order?


1) To place an order, click on the “shop” tab. 2) Select the items you want to buy with your preferred color and size. 3) Once you’re finished shopping, click on the checkout button on the upper right hand side of the website. 4) Double check your order, and select your preferred payment option. 5) Fill in your details and submit your order. 6) An email confirmation will be sent to confirm your order

How do I pay through bank transfer or deposit?


Bank Transfers 1) Deposit the required amount for checkout in one of the following: BPI Family Savings Bank Account Name: Zedrik John D. Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?


As of now, Noon Loungewear does not accept COD payment.




My discount code is not working, what do I do?

Returns & Exchanges

Can I cancel my order?


1) Paid orders cannot be cancelled 2) Cancellations will only be applicable to unpaid orders.The Noon team will be the one to cancel your order; feel free to contact us through our email at noonloungewear.inquire@gmail.com, or message us at Facebook (Noon Loungewear) or Instagram (@noon.loungewear) 3) For faster troubleshooting, make sure to include your: Full Name Order Number, and reason for cancellation




When can I exchange my order?


We allow exchange of item/s under the following conditions: 1) Email must be sent 48 hours after receiving the product, and physically returned within 5 working days. 2) Noon tag must still be in place, and the product must not have been worn, altered, or tampered with. 3) We will only accept exchanges for: i) Changing sizes ii) Item received is different from item ordered iii) Damaged or defective goods 4) Noon will only shoulder shipping fees for: damaged or defective items, or if we sent the wrong item. i)If the customer ordered the wrong size, they will be the one to shoulder delivery costs.




How do I submit an exchange request?


1) Email us at noonloungewear.inquire@gmail.com. 2) Include the following information: i) Order Number ii) Serial number of item/s to be exchanged iii) Reason for customer’s request iv) If the item/s are being exchanged because of defects or a mismatch with the order placed, please provide a picture v) Specifics on new item/s requested (i.e. size/color/design) 3) Email must be sent 48 hours after receiving the product, and physically returned within 5 working days. 4) Please allow us 1-2 working days to process your request and assess if it qualifies for an exchange.




Where do I send the items to be exchanged?


You will be contacted by our team for return and exchange instructions. For damaged/defective items and wrong deliveries, we will be the one to handle delivery concerns.




How do I check on the process of my exchanged items?


1) Noon will be sending you an email once the exchanged item has been received. 2) Please allow us 1-2 working days to assess if the product qualifies for an exchange. Once a decision has been made, we will be contacting you again through email.




I ordered a set, but only one item is defective.


If you ordered a set, we’ll be asking you to return only the defective item to replace it with a new one.




Can I refund my order?


Unfortunately, we do not accept refund of items, but you can exchange it within 48 hours by sending a request via email as long as it fits our exchange policies in "When can I exchange my order?" under Returns & Exchanges.





Shipping

How much does shipping cost?


1) Shipping is Php120 for deliveries within Metro Manila 2) For those in Bulacan, Laguna, Rizal, and Cavite, shipping is at Php180 3) For all other regions, shipping is Php200 2) As a special promo, Noon Loungewear will be offering free shipping for all purchases for the first month.




How long does it take you to ship orders?


1) Please allow us 1-2 working days to process your order and payment, before we ship them out. 3) Should there be any delays, we will be reaching out through email to update you.




Do I have to be at home to receive the orders?


1) No, but our partner riders will only drop the orders off if the recipient (or any person designated to receive the parcel on the recipient’s behalf) is present. 2) If a delivery is unsuccessful, Blitz delivery will contact the customer to perform a second delivery attempt.




Do you offer same-day deliveries?


As of now, we do not offer same-day deliveries and pickups.




How long will it take me to get my product?


For customers residing in Metro Manila, please expect your loungewear to be delivered within 7-10 days after payment confirmation. For those outside the metro, it will take 10-15 days.




How do I track my order?


Once payment has been verified, Noon will be sending an email with a tracking number. You may use this to track your orders through this link: https://blitz.delivery/t




Do you ship internationally?


As of now, we do not ship internationally.




Where are shipments coming from?


Shipments are coming from Noon’s operations hubs in Metro Manila, Philippines.




Do you accept pickups or meetups?


1) We do not accept meetups, only pickups at our operations hubs. 2) You may refer to "Can I book my own courier" above for the pickup process




I inputted the wrong shipping address, can I still change it?


1) If the order has not been processed, you may just cancel your order & repeat the process 2) However, if the tracking number has been sent, it will not be possible to change the address (this leads to rebooking). i) In this case, you may send an email to noonloungewear.inquire@gmail.com, or message us at Facebook (Noon Loungewear) or Instagram (@noon.loungewear) to change the address. -ii) Please note that this may cause delays, as we will be rebooking your orders with the partner courier. iii) Additional costs may apply if orders have already been shipped before notifying us of the change.




The products were damaged from shipping. How do I proceed?


1) Noon Loungewear will replace any product damaged during transit. 2) For deliveries, we partner with Blitz Delivery to ensure that your orders arrive safe and on time.




What if my order never arrived?


1) As an additional precaution, will be sending you an email with a tracking number once orders have been shipped. 2) If the package does not arrive at all, feel free to contact us through our email at noonloungewear.inquire@gmail.com 3)For faster troubleshooting, Include the following information: i) Order Number ii) Serial number of item





Products

What materials do you use?


For our first collection, we make use of Inabel fabric handwoven by Ilocos weavers. This is a mixture of cotton and abaca fibers.




Can I mix and match designs and colors in a set?


Yes! When purchasing a bundle, you may opt to choose different sizing & colors for your top & bottoms.




When will you restock on sold out items?


1) If a product runs out of stock, you can expect us to restock within a week or two, depending on demand. 2) For regular updates, you can subscribe to our email newsletter here or follow us on Facebook (Noon Loungewear) and Instagram (@noon.loungewear)




How do I wash my products?


1) For the Classic Inabel Collection: i) Handwash or delicate cycle (washing machine) ii) Bleaching is allowed iii) Low heat tumble dry iv) Iron low




What comes with my purchase of a set/piece?


1) Reusable Noon pouch 2) Plantable tags (tear them up and plant for spinach!) 3) Compostable cassava mailer for protection
